This is the second one I have purchased. This supplement is good in that it gives me enough of a boost, without feeling jittery. On some mornings I am up very early to get to the gym, so one small scoop of this roughly 15-20 mins before my workout is enough to get me through my hour-long workout without any ill effects afterward.
