Why We Built GYM HIGH
We started GYM HIGH because we were tired of not knowing what we were taking. Every tub had a "proprietary blend." Every label hid behind marketing language. Nobody would tell you how much of anything was actually in the product.
We thought that was wrong. So in 2020, we built something different — a UK supplement brand where every ingredient is listed, every dose is defined, and nothing is added that doesn't earn its place.
We're not the biggest brand on the shelf. But if you read the label before you buy — you're our kind of person.
