Why wrist wraps matter

Most lifters add wrist wraps too late — after they’ve already picked up an injury. The smarter move is using them proactively on heavy pressing movements, overhead work, and anything where the wrist is loaded under significant weight.

At 59 cm, these wraps give you enough length to get genuine compression and support — not just the illusion of it. Shorter wraps (under 40 cm) look the part but don’t provide meaningful joint stability under heavy loads. The 8 cm width means the entire wrist joint is covered, not just part of it.

How to use

✋ Wrapping
Thread your thumb through the loop to anchor the wrap. Wind firmly around the wrist joint — not the forearm — with 2–3 passes depending on the support level needed. Secure with the velcro closure.
⚡ Tightness
Wrap tight enough to feel supported and stable — your wrist shouldn’t move freely inside the wrap. Loosen slightly between sets to maintain circulation. Remove after your session.
