What makes this belt different

Tapered, not uniform width
Uniform-width belts (same width all the way round) dig into your hips and restrict movement at the bottom of squats and deadlifts. The tapered design — wider at the back, narrower at the front — gives you full lumbar support without that restriction.

How to use
🏋️ Wearing the belt
Position the belt at belly button height — not at your hips. Fasten snugly enough that you can brace your core against it. It should feel tight when you take a deep breath and push out, not tight at rest.
📅 Breaking it in
Leather belts stiffen up new. Use it on your working sets for the first few weeks and it will mould to your shape. Most lifters find it reaches full comfort after 4–6 weeks of regular use.
